Hi :)

My name is Molly. I'm a born and raised Wisconsin girl, and love good food! I've been cooking & baking for as long as I can remember, helping my mom in the kitchen and eventually receiving a set of "kids" baking utensils and a bag of muffin mix from my aunt for a birthday one year. At about 10 I took a summer cooking class at the local tech college, was the only kid in the class who knew how to dice an onion, and gladly volunteered for the job. Although I will spend literally ALL day curating the most putsy, fancy things like french eclairs, decadent layered cakes, homemade pasta & breads, I also love a good simple recipe that even beginners can follow. I love to share tips and tricks, and believe they should be included in the recipe, not in the "notes" section way below the directions. No one likes to read about what they "could have done differently or try next time." ;) I encourage people to make dishes their own by playing around with and adding their favorite spices or whatever they have on hand. It's important to follow recipes, especially when it comes to baking. But you can't mess up a roast by throwing in a pinch of some random tasty spice mix you got from your granny for Christmas.
